How likely are you to recommend Palms Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“Please make sure your loved ones do not get sent or dropped off here. This is not a place genuinely interested in mental health and care. On top of that, I paid off the entire bill and I'm still getting charged at 4am on a Saturday, ah yes and on a day that billing happens to be closed. 🙄 Everyone in this building needs to Get. A. Better. Career. Please.”
“Really really really late review last time I was here it was 2 years ago, I preferred it their than home though. The staff were really nice and generally not rude or anything, honly thing whatever I had taken ended up getting "lost".never got my back pack back or the stuff that was inside, I miss my I love boobies bracelet. I made friends who I talled to in there and I miss them so much, it wasn't a bad experience for me all together ❤”
“They are unorganized and do not care about the patients well being. They lied about my daughter having an appointment scheduled for aftercare, they refused to see that she needed more help, and they tried just to give medication however they wanted to instead of as directed. My daughter has stayed other places but this was by far the worst experience she and I had with mental health facilities. Nora the therapist did not advocate for my daughter's safety, Dr Hernandez kept trying to send my daughter home everyday but yet didn't even know the reason she was there. I will never recommend this place to anyone.”
“Not a very good place to send your child if you want your child to get well. My wife and I had to have conversations with the staff about long term help because they kept sending our daughter home and she wasn't getting her meds correctly. Then told me and my wife that we were neglecting our child when we were only seeking help for our child to get the help she needed. So now we're fighting with the CPS to get our child back. Don't send your loved ones to that place”
