What patients say on Google

“Reliability and accountability are important characteristics for mental health professionals, making my no-call, no-show experience problematic for me. Your staff treated me like I was unreasonable for complaining for the NCNS given the circumstances. Furthermore your office did not contact me as soon as they knew…I contacted them 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time and then they told me what had happened. Those are the real facts. Here is the last message I received from your office: “So how do I notify you when my own notification of her fall comes after your appointment? She was involved in a medical emergency and has now been subsequently hospitalized due to the severity of the fracture that I had no way of knowing until after she reached out and told me and I am certain we were not at the top of her list. So you’re saying it’s my responsibility and an office failure to know immediately of all medical emergencies Please tell me what my responsibility is because apparently you know more about what goes on in our office” That response is defensive, condescending and dismissive. I did everything right here, how about a professional response that shows at least a little empathy.”

“Ryan Pettit is fantastic. Great communication and problem solving in a comfortable manner. Highly recommend”

“Working with Doug Webster is always a pleasure. Always the professional, he treats his patients and associates with dignity and respect. I would recommend him and his team to my friends and family without hesitation.”
Mike Haynes
“Working with Vivian was the best choice that I have made for myself in the past three years. I was struggling a lot and I've tried another counselor before working with her and I felt tired and like it wasn't working. Things were completely opposite with Vivian. After just 3 months of going over strategies and sessions with her, I am finally in a wonderful place and am thinking in a healthy mindset again. I could not recommend her more!”
