“This place is a joke. The only provider in the office that signs prescriptions is the owner of the office Donna treesh and my appointment was over a week ago and I’m still calling and trying to get my prescription signed and sent to my pharmacy. Nobody has any answers or eta of when I can get it. This place has gone down hill in the 3 years I’ve been going here. I won’t be back next month. My psychiatric office is going to be the cause of me going psychotic. But they still won’t care. Bet my insurance has already been billed though. As long as they get their money screw the patient.”

“Absolutely abhorrent. I have yet to have an appointment to perform my drug screening where orders have been sent in on time and in the correct place, even when I monitor the process myself over the phone. I arrive only to find that they sent me an old form that is no longer relevant and the actual clinic nothing at all. Not even a test code. They change my appointment times without my permission. I am unable to renew my prescription on time due to their disorganization. Please do not use this service.”

“I love my therapist but the office is horrible. I have been going here for over a year and unfortunately I did not verify against my insurance if they were billing me correctly. They have been overcharging me since day 1. I brought this to their attention and even provided the proof of the money I was owed. Now getting my money back has become nearly impossible because the owner is just not available. I see this as stealing and I highly encourage any person who is going here or has gone here to CHECK YOUR BILLING!!!”

“While I appreciated the kindness from my providers at this clinic, the service overall was lackluster. The employees at the front desk prioritize phone calls over patients checking-in and they are not especially friendly. Additionally, had some billing/refund concerns and the front desk employees basically made it feel like it was my responsibility to do any research. It did not feel like they were willing to go extra steps to help me find an answer to my concerns and I had to follow-up several times. Editing to add: I had to scroll through 13 reviews from over a year ago to even find a decent review. Please be careful with this office as they do not seem to care to change anything.”
