What patients say on Google

“Josh was my therapist when he worked for a different company a long while back. He is an amazing therapist and he is the reason I decided to pursue a career in mental health care. I haven’t been to Ozark in a while. I see a lot of awful reviews but I feel like those are relative to the personality type of the people writing them more than the experiences and dependent upon the lenses these people choose the view the world through. If I’m looking for negativity, I’ll find it everywhere I look. I can’t really speak for the rest of the staff as I haven’t interacted with them in a long while. But Josh is a great human. He is a fantastic therapist, insightful, and genuinely cares. He is well educated and a highly trained professional.”

“They are by far the WORST people EVER!!! I’d rather kill myself than go back here and that’s bad, especially when I was coming to them for mental help! They’re rude, try to tell me what I need to do (when I’ve had the same meds for over 20+ years) and don’t wanna help me at all. Whitney the RN is the rudest and I am gonna complain to the state board about her!!! Definitely don’t go here unless you wanna suffer!!!”

“ive seen some negativec reviews about this place..I personaly dont agree.Ive been treated with the upmost respect, from all the staff. They have went above and beyond.Im saying this from Josh,Doctor Whitney to even theall the reception, and appointment makers.even the Transit drivers who call to remind of pick up are kind in every way.I personaly just walked in the door needing help and every aspect of help has been given, sugguseted, and molded to my personal needs. Please dont be discouraged from seeking help from these people, the thought of someone saying they would rather hurt there selves b4 going here is absurd and shame on the ones that encourage ,or promote that kind of mind set!”

“Can't get anyone on the phone to make an appointment can't get a call back after you leave a voicemail the people you do get on the phone or from Springdale and mountain home and all they have are excuses excuses excuses also you can't go to Springdale or mountain home because they're full good luck”
