“My beef is not with any providers. The providers are amazing. Rather my beef is with their system for obtaining medication. My daughter has been going here for years. However, for some reason there has always been a problem trying to get her medication. It takes FOREVER just to get through to a real person and then even longer to get her actual refill. Also in the FAQs it says that they accept Tricare, but they do not do so anymore. So just be aware that if you have Tricare you are going to have to pay out of pocket. The customer service used to be great until they were bought by Arisa Health.”
