What patients say on Google

“Honestly I loved going here for a little bit but there is a severe lack of professionalism that borders on dangerous. I was diagnosed with multiple things and medicated for said things and taught how to deal with them and then the psychiatrist left and suddenly my file is full of completely different diagnosis that I absolutely do not have. Dr.Barnhart or however it's spelled is definitely in the wrong field. She literally told me wanting to end my life didn't matter because "Doesn't everyone?" She also told me I wasn't trying hard enough to be happy and that she thinks no one should be on medication and should just go outside and smile more. I have no idea how she became the head psychiatrist when she doesn't even believe in the field she works in. She also flat out told me to just get over my eating disorder when I said I can't take a medicine that requires me to eat when I have a hard time eating. The therapists are great but I wouldn't trust my mental health with the psychiatrists.”

“I have had nothing but a positive experience with Chrystal Merryman. She is attentive and pays attention to my medication. I was doing well on some meds, but after a while i started feeling flat-line. She gave me the option of trying something different. Boy am I glad! I had forgotten what it feels like without depression. Also I find Tela-Health very helpful. Also my worker Michael is great! Between them they have really helped me recover from severe depression and a nervous breakdown. THANK YOU!!!!”

“Terrible center. If you need help good luck. They physically wrote down my appointment was for March 3rd 2 entire months ago when I did intake and they are insisting "no the paper is wrong you need to reschedule" biggest waste of my time and money. Took off work to be lied to. Glad I'm mentally okay because that would have been the last straw for other people. You're better off talking to yourself in the mirror. It's cheaper and it won't make you wait 4 months to be seen.”

“This place is an absolute disgrace to mental health care. I’ve been on Klonopin for 17 years, and I came in asking for actual medical help to taper off safely — something any competent facility should understand is serious and dangerous to do alone. Instead of helping, they refused, dismissed me, and then threatened to call security on me because I said I wouldn’t be returning. They acted like my request was an inconvenience, not a legitimate medical need. The staff showed zero compassion, zero knowledge, and zero professionalism. It is honestly shocking how untrained and uncaring they are. If you’re looking for support, compassion, or even the bare minimum level of human decency, don’t waste your time here. This facility is a joke, and it’s dangerous to anyone who actually needs real mental health help.”
