How likely are you to recommend Oxford Psychological Services?
What patients say on Google
“I am a therapist and I am posting this review to strongly advise anyone looking for assessment to go elsewhere. Having reviewed two reports by Brittany, I cannot in good conscience recommend her services for psychological assessment. There were multiple errors which were concerning such as other clients information carelessly copied and pasted into the report. This easily could and should result in a board complaint. It is also a HIPAA violation. It is also evident that she copied and pasted info provided from the computer-generated interpretations of the various testing tools. There is very little actual clinical interpretation from the clinician, which is what people pay for when they seek out evaluations. There is no explanation about where the diagnoses are coming from. There is zero social history in the report, so there is no real discussion of the impacts of how the traits being tested for are having an effect on the clients life. I disagree with this clinician requiring clients be off stimulants for testing. Clients really should be testing with their medication especially when performing cognitive and achievement measures. If being on medication is their status quo, why would we want to "deflate" scores by being off our meds? In general it feels a lot like cutting corners some of which should be reported. I run a counseling center in Austin, TX with 54 therapists and conferred with our director of neurodiversity and psychological assessment and the comments above are the summary of our feedback.”
