What patients say on Google
“My doctor sent me a referral to go see someone because I’ve been experiencing a lot of issues. I’ve had a ton of medical things hit me in the last couple of years and last year and a half. I was gonna lose my leg over five different times five different surgeries and I’m not too sure. I don’t have some other issues going on you know maybe chemical balance possibly some other things you know I’ve had anxiety over worrying about getting another infection and just continuing medical issues as soon as I could get in to see them was July 13 and I made this appointment over a month and a half ago because all they offer is zoom meeting and I don’t have a problem maybe later on but I think your initial meeting should be in person. It’s just my feeling to talk to a doctor and get to know them and see what they can do for you when they put me on a waiting list that they had a cancellation and they called me today June 10 and ask if I could come in at 1:30 and I said yes I could they said well if you could come in at one to do paperwork and stuff ahead of time that would be great and I said OK. I think I can do that. Well I was at work when they called by the time I got off work and I had to go home and change and got there. It was 118. I’ve got a fractured ankle so I’m not getting around real well and I’m wearing a boot I was told I was marked as a no-show despite the fact that my appointment was not for another 12 minutes and even filling out paperwork would not take me more than 5 to 10 minutes and nothing was told that I had to be there at one or face a no-show and if your scheduled appointment time is 1:30 you’re there before that? How can they do you that way one and the girl at the desk said she didn’t do it the provider did it she marked me a no-show at 1:15 and I said had I’ve been told that this would happen. I probably wouldn’t have took the appointment that day but I thought within a 30 minute period. I would be fine. I’ve never had any Dr. office act like that and if they think I’m gonna come 30 minutes before every appointment that’s insane that’s a crazy demand on top of that. I find out the person is gonna see is not even a doctor. She’s a nurse practitioner and I’m sorry but I don’t want to see a nurse practitioner. They can’t prescribe medication if that’s what I’m needing. I’ve been down that rope before when I saw a therapist a couple years ago I literally had to go to my primary care doctor to get some medication because he could not write because he wasn’t a doctor so why would I want to see someone as an attitude like this number one can’t write a prescription and I got her appointment or recommendation by someone in the office and when I brought all this up to the girl at the reception desk she said I didn’t cancel you and I told you to be here by 1 o’clock and that’s not how she stated. She said it’d be nice if you could be there by one and the other thing is, I don’t typically judge people by their appearance, but she did not look professional at all to me. I felt like I walked into a prison yard when I looked at her I’m sorry but neck, tattoos all the way up your face arms, and all over is not something you expect to see in a professional medical setting I’m sorry and I don’t mean that to offend people that have tattoos at all, but this was so graphic and so many and her attitude. I felt like I was part of a prison movie. I’m sorry I’m sorry I even messed with Owensboro Healthpark Out Patient Thearpy and most of their doctors or clinicians. Don’t even have ratings because they have such I guess high turnover rate they’ve got constantly got new ones. And I even talked to the hospital patient rep about this and how they acted and treated. I said you’re dealing with people that are fragile anyway or otherwise they wouldn’t be seeking psychiatric help and you’re gonna treat them like dirt I mean cause that’s the way I felt like I was treated. I was still there early ahead of my appointment so I didn’t delay the doctor in anyway I think they think it revolves around them not the patient”
“I had a very secure visit. I was comfortable sharing some of my issues. The Dr. I had listened and didnt make me feel like im crazy. I mean I know I am but she didn't test me any different.”
“Dr Harrison seemed more like he cared about the Insurance check than the actual Patient. Could use a dose of Empathy. If there are other Psychiatrist at this Center I would recommend asking for anyone else But him.”
“Daniel Crow is a "Christian" councilor who treats all ADD patients as drug addicts and treats your session like a game. He literally laughed at me when I told him something in earnest and mocked me for having been honest with him. I was so shocked I didn't even react. Then he went on to presribe me meds that exacerbated my spinal pain which radiated in my testicles. Then he laughed at me again and gaslit me every time I pointed out how this was a symptom recognized by the studies but not prevalent enough to be an official side effect. So there you have it. This man rejects science and inserts his own point of view. He will not see you as a person, you are an accessory to his life. You are here to validate his success or to prove that he's smarter than you. And honestly, you should have known that from the very first sentence. This dude shouldn't even be practicing. He's an insecure manchild hiding his immaturity behind quasi-education and a faith he contradicts with his worldview.”
