“I was with Dr. Wangui for about a year. He was never on time for the online appointments. Not once. I felt like I was not "important enough" for him. There were also issues with sending prescriptions to 2 different pharmacies even though my medication and dosage stayed the same for months.”

“I want to preface this by saying my experience with Overcare wasn’t completely horrible because the front desk staff was super helpful, got me in really quickly, and were extremely sweet. They also take a lot of different types of insurance which is awesome! If you are considering making an appointment here just don’t make one with Dr. Wangui. I feel like I conveyed the severity of my condition to him pretty well however, he said that he “felt good” with where I’m at (because I show up to work most of the time) and didn’t change anything about my meds or recommend any coping strategies. Basically I sat there for an hour talking about how bad of a state I’m in and then he sent me on my way. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and will be canceling my next appointment.”
