“I have worked with several of the clinical staff at Oswego wellness and found them to be professional, and open-minded, with a solid understanding in their field of expertise. I love that they accept just about all insurance plans, which is helpful in creating access to care. The office is in a great location and feels like a comfortable cozy space to be in.”

“Our therapist was fantastic but the billing team is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They submitted claims without verifying my insurance to ensure the information was correct and then when they finally got the claims to go through insurance they just charged my account for all of the visits I previously had without notice. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone and I wish our therapist was with another group.”

“Lorrie Watts was my school counselor but she moved schools before I graduated, my mom eventually found her here and I started seeing her again for about a couple months. She is a terrific counselor/ friend I could ask for, it's just so unfortunate that she had to retire early because of personal problems. I really miss her and she said her contact person would find someone there to transfer me to but I never heard from her or anyone and it's been years. The amaspher was always pleasant and calming. They always had free coffee and hot coco. And I would definitely recommend trying them and if the person your with isn't to your standers id recommend speaking up and asking for someone else. They fully understand that some people have preferences and don't feel comfortable with some more then others.”
