“I would give one star but I’m giving two because our actual my experience with the therapist was wonderful but their billing department is horrible. They cancelled my daughter’s appt because they couldn’t figure out how to properly bill her insurance. It’s now been over two months and we still haven’t been able to setup another appointment because they can’t figure out how to bill insurance. It’s sad because we actually liked our therapist but to abruptly stop someone’s services and then take months to correct an issue which still isn’t fixed is ridiculous to me when it comes to dealing with mental health. Seeking therapy should be an easy and pleasant experience. Not an experience where you have to keep checking if billing has done their job just so you can have a peace of mind. Very disappointed in this place and sad that my kid has to find someone else.”
