“I called 4 different practices looking for an in-person counselor on staten island and this is the only place that called me back. The young man on the phone was really nice and helpful. He verified my Aetna benefits and called me back in 30 minutes with availability the same week with what seems to be a great counselor. My co-pay is a little high, which is not their fault. I will definitely come to this practice if I move forward with therapy. I saw on their site they also prescribe medications which is something I may need to.”
