How likely are you to recommend Orlando Health Behavioral Health Hospital?
What patients say on Google
“I was transfered to this hospital from Orlando Health Medical Center. I spent 2 days there and upon my discharge a few disturbing things happened. No one asked me if I was still suicidal. No one got me a ride home. And the staff literally forced me outside to wait for an Uber which I ordered and paid for out of pocket. Two men came to force me outside in the middle of a thunderstorm. All this happened in a brand new 150 bed hospital with only 8 patients there. Twice as much staff as they had patients. Truly mind boggling experience. Where is the CEO for all this? I only gave them one star because I couldn't leave zero stars.”
“Matthew Angelli is by far the worst doctor there. So unprofessional and likes to argue with patients and threaten to release them just to Baker Act them to a different facility. No one knows what they’re doing and how to take care of their patients. They make you wear ankle monitors like you’re some prisoner and the doctors don’t even care about what you tell them and they don’t do anything they say they will. Avoid this facility if you can.”
“Great hospital when you are in behavioral crisis. As other reviews say you can't stay in your room all day, you have to join activities but usually after dinner you are allowed to rest in your room. The hospital is brand new very clean. Staff/teks are great super friendly and helpful. The food is pretty good as well. If you have a behavioral crisis this is definitely a good place to go. The dr that attended me was also very helpful and nice.”
“This is NOT South Seminole! They lock you out of the rooms all day and make you stay in the dayroom all day. You have to battle with the nurses and beg the nurses if you want to lay down.”
