“If I could give zero stars, I would. I had testing done here in August, which was a mess and should have been my first sign to never come here but i have them the benefit of the doubt only to learn that my insurance denied the claim because this provider’s staff never bothered to do a prior authorization. When I called my insurance, they confirmed no pre-authorization request was ever made and the provider was told they needed to submit a backdated authorization, but here we are months later, and nothing has been done. Instead of fixing their mistake, they charged my card over $500 a month later with no notice when I should have only been responsible for my 20% co-insurance. I’ve called and left multiple messages and emails since September, and no one has had the decency to even call me back. When I asked for a copy of my report, the technician told me she wouldn’t even finish typing it up until the insurance situation was sorted out. Completely unprofessional and unethical. It’s now almost the end of the year, and I’m still waiting for someone from this office to take any accountability. Patients should not be punished because staff are too careless to complete basic insurance authorizations. This office clearly doesn’t care about their patients, only about getting paid. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else that actually communicates, and knows how to handle insurance seriously save yourself the hassle and just never come here or you’ll have wasted 90 days and over 500 dollars with nothing to show for it”
