What patients say on Google
“Hats off to The front desk team Amazing !!!! There welcome smiles make a great day coming in. they have anaswers and if not they have someone come up and help you right away. Now getting an appointment that different store yes it can take a bit to get an appointment and all the paperwork it worth cause after that it smooth sailing. Me and my boys come here and our family counseling is done here as well . We have constant communication with our counselors. Fixable and the kids counselor gets to visit them at the school too, so they don’t miss school either and after school hours for our hard working family’s I am so very pleased with the team that is in play for my family can’t wait to see our growth”
“I just left there. I wanted counseling services for my 12yr old. However, The receptionist with the locks was rude and unprofessional. She had called the supervisor with an attitude because I've asked is there anyone else who can do an intake...and the supervisor wasn't so professional either. That's when I said to her never mind we will go somewhere else...The vibes are horrible!! people come there for help not to be treated in such manor...”
“Awful place for someone who’s genuinely struggling, but I guess that’s no less than should be expected for a community mental health center. The therapy might be sufficient for minor issues but no one here seems to be qualified or prepared to deal with more complex disorders and struggles. The doctors are no better. I was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder even though I have never experienced episodes of mania or hypomania, which are requirements for type 1 and 2 respectively. I wasn’t even directly informed of this but had to find out from a new doctor who accessed my history. Now I just have to deal with having that on my medical records and it’s honestly frustrating especially when they didn’t listen to any actual concerns I had. Not LGBT+ safe either, they will act supportive but you’ll feel like you’re constantly being judged. The best thing this place did for me was refill my prescriptions.”
“I'd never recommend this office. They failed to even attempt to get my previous medical records. I gave them 3 previous psychiatrists and a MD that treated me for ADHD and even the pharmacy where I had medications filled. They didn't even attempt to obtain my medical records and didn't spell my name correctly. Leading to the NP insinuating that I was lying about my diagnosis. I'm moving forward with an ethics complaint against this individual, because even after I told her she didn't have my name correct and offered to obtain my medical file for her she refused and was very hateful. Why would I give her contact info or access to my file if I'm a liar? Why would she not at least attempt to see why she can't find me in a system where I have been multiple times to receive treatment for more than just ADHD? She shouldn't be a psychiatric NP if she cannot do the minimum of obtaining patien history before the appointment.”
