What patients say on Google

“I’ve been a patient of Dr. Bakre’s for about a year. He is genuinely one of the kindest mental health professionals I’ve ever received services from. I always feel that I’m heard and understood during our visits, which is incredibly important to me! I have Autism and ADHD in addition to severe c-ptsd. While many other doctors only attributed my symptoms to anxiety and depression, Dr. Bakre never belittled my experiences or attempted to downplay my struggles. He truly listened to me, and has helped me completely turn my life around. I don’t typically leave reviews, but his care has made a huge impact in all facets of my life. I’m so grateful to have found such a caring Psychiatrist.”

“I am no longer wanting to be a patient of this facility because of how I’ve been treated. I feel played and no longer would like to have any dealings with this company. I was told on yesterday that I had to pay the balance in full to have my medication request sent in. When I logged on, it showed the total balance of $34.40. I clicked pay now and paid the full balance which brought me to $0.00. And then sent in another refill request. However, today they decided to add another bill, which is inconsiderate and diabolical causing me to not be able to get a medication request. It is January 7th and I’m just now all of a sudden being billed for November. I have also never been deprived of my medication from any physician office due to a very small bill they decided to throw on the day after I took care of Balance. the fact that my mental health is being deprived and ignored and I’m having to continue to go through withdrawals behind $17 is absurd and disgusting- also goes to show this company does not care about their patients! I could see if the balance was high SMH. I really liked Dr. Bakre, but as far as the company, they have no compassion for their patients nor do they care about their well being.”

“I’ve had years of different psychiatrist. Dr. Bakre is the ONLY one who has ever truly listened, really cares how you’re doing, and puts in the effort to find you real help. It took me a while to find the right medicines for me, but he was patient every step of the way, and listened to my concerns and odd symptoms. After only three sessions I feel AMAZING. I’m able to enjoy life, I’ve gotten back the motivation to do the things I love. I have hope again. Dr. Bakre truly saved my life.”

“Dr. Bakre has been an exceptional psychiatrist for me. His attentive listening skills create a comfortable space for open communication. I appreciate how they actively seek out the most effective ways to address my concerns, demonstrating a commitment to personalized and effective mental health care. He has truly helped me in one of my darkest times.”
