“I was improperly diagnosed, wrongly medicated with narcotics, then released from care by Taylor with no reason or explanation. Only told I "should've received an email" twice. Terrible office, do not go here, they almost killed me!”

“I hope for others sake that my situation is an anomaly. I had my first appointment here on January 20. I arrived on-time (11:30am) for my in-person appointment. There was no receptionist so I just sat in the lobby hoping and waiting with no communication. While waiting, I reached out via Headway messaging to get a sense of timeline - no response. I was finally brought back after 12pm after getting frustrated and having to get someone else to go in the back and see what was going on. The appointment itself was mid, but I have been struggling so long I was just happy to finally get some diagnoses and prescriptions. I was prescribed 3 medications, one of which hinged on verifying my ADHD diagnosis. During the appointment, I uploaded my medical report that included the diagnosis and expected the script by end of week at best. It has been 5 weeks and I still don’t have my prescription. I have called so many times. I’ve been given the run around by everyone I’ve spoken to - Taylor and Cindy (or Sandy, couldn’t fully make out her name). At this point I’m done begging and pleading for help from these people. I have since filed a complaint against Elizabeth Nyako with the Georgia Board of Nursing for Quality of Care and Unprofessional Conduct. I will never recommend this business or provider. For the photos, all the 1 minute calls are me following up time and time again and being told by Taylor they’re looking it, they’re escalating it, they’ll give me a call back - none of which has occurred. My last call was 2/19. I asked to speak to the office manager and was told that’s who I was talking to (Cindy/Sandy?). I explained my frustration as it had been a month at that point, and was told the same “let me talk to the doctor and I’ll call you back.” And well here we are now. Use discernment before settling here.”
