“I am a spravato patient, from the first call the provider has been so accommodating. She actually has later appointments to work with your schedule. It is nothing like most of the medical practices you've been to, especially mental health providers. The treatment areas have comfortable recliners, including pillows and blankets. Television, if you choose, including Netflix. You feel like you're sitting in her living room! She stays with you, as you're getting each dose, and checks in on you as the medicine does it work! If your driver is waiting, there is a lounge type area for them including coffee. Finally there is a mental health provider, that doesn't make you feel like a mental health patient!”
