What patients say on Google
“Extremely gifted clinician! If you can handle the 'new practice' issues that go with all new businesses, he is the only one who took the time to get my medication dialed in perfectly. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Okoro and his patient perseverance with me.”
“I made an appointment with Nurse practitioner Okoro and less than 24 hours before my appointment I was asked to reschedule because they had forgotten it was a holiday for their office. I agreed to reschedule to the following week. The appointment they rescheduled me for was again canceled but this time an hour and half before my appointment. They asked if I could tele-health instead to which I said sure. At this point I am trying my best to be understanding. Well, my appointment time arrived and I was never seen. I have tried to contact them multiple times to figure out why and if I could reschedule to which it has been radio silent on their end. The best part is they charged me for a session which I have never been seen for since the doctor was for since Nurse practitioner Okora was a no-show. This practice is so unprofessional and has excuses up to high heavens. You do not want someone like this as your doctor as obviously their patients are not important to them or their patience’s health and well being.”
“If I could leave a 0 I would a 100%. If you want nothing but excuses and to be rescheduled or forced in to a televisit this is your place.”
“Never got to meet Dr Okoro so I can't speak for them, but the staff her was very immature and unprofessional. I sent in my insurance when I made the appt, then filled out 10 forms online (including insurance, again). They rescheduled me four times due to the Dr being out of the country. Each time they asked if I'd do telehealth, I told them each time that I cannot do telehealth for psychiatry. They told me twice that they would include a note in my chart, by the third time I was just sick of it. Then, on the day of my appt they text me while I was at work saying I have an hour to send the forms or my appt will be cancelled. Once again, I had already filled out all of their forms. I texted back on my lunch and told them to just cancel it. They proceeded to send me several huge paragraphs ranting about how I had a chance to keep it and refused, I literally had to block them to get them to stop spamming me with angry texts. Insanely unprofessional, I work at a medical office and would never dream of behaving like this to a patient. There are so many places around here with staff who can act like adults, I highly suggest skipping this one.”
