“I don’t not recommend seeing Sabrina! She is very rude and has a nasty attitude. It’s very distasteful when u go to these places for help and they talk to u any kind of way. I will not be coming back to this location any more.”

“No phone etiquette at all. Cancelled our appointment because they stated that we didn’t confirm the appointment. When I told them we didn’t receive any confirmation calls at all the lady just sat quiet on the phone. The next available Friday appointment wasn’t until December after we already waited over a month for the appointment we had today. I had heard so many good things about this clinic but with unprofessional experience I won’t be using them again or recommending them to anyone.”

“I have been going here since 2021 and yes, as some other reviews have stated there have been a couple front desk people who I have encountered who caught me off guard, as I found them kinda rude. Yet, at the same time I know they were usually training and would be gone the next time I went. The consistent staff though are amazing! I LOVE Dr.Sabrina, I always talk highly of her and recommend her to people. She always checks everything and is very involved with my care and health with all my doctors, she is also great with communicating and making shore all my needs and concerns are met! The phlebotomist is amazing and even with my weird veins never causes me pain or bruising. Nurse Shelly has been a great addition and has even helped me with other resources outside of her focused ones. Many of the staff here have made the clinic in Denhan Springs a place I feel comfortable and happy with and I have horrible anxiety.”

“Just had a Doctor's appointment first time with this clinic. First impression, when I walk in was, it was quiet. Not too many people. Second thing was, front desk for checking. In Very polite Got to the back? The little nurse was nice. Did my Blood Pressure. Everything was fine. Then I got to meet the PRN .no personality at all Communication was definitely on one side. Besides, asking me questions I did have some questions but I held back due to I felt uncomfortable with her. Seems like she just did not want to be there and dealing with Me New patient So That's why I gave 4 stars. Also kept pushing the cancer screening on me. Let me know you can make up your own mind. I'll just let you know we need to do it well. Considering that February, Cancer screen is coming up to. Seems like they're trying to push more money through the Insurance Company to me. Patients know their own bodies with. Doing unnecessary testing that don't need to be done. That was another reason for 4 stars.”
