What patients say on Google
“My experience was not pleasant. I was judged as soon as I walked into the door. I am a nursing student and I needed a physical examination. When I walked into I spoke to a lady about what I needed who told me that I needed to be a patient to get services. I told her I was fine with that because I am new to the area and have not established a PCP. She then told me to have a seat and when Michelle came she would assist me. When Michelle came I told her what I needed and she immediately dismissed me by stating “ we don’t do physicals.” How that is possible I don’t understand when your website clearly states you give general care which if you think about it, should include a physical. Not to mention the health department is what referred me over to the place. I walked away because I don’t have time for misjudgment or discrimination. My advice to the older lady I spoke to and Michelle is to learn the services that the company you work for offer so you won’t be giving misinformation to people who are looking for care. Thank you.”
“When I learned about Open Door, I was literally in a church: The Salvation Army. I felt like it was a huge prayer answered & I was so grateful for their information. I had my first visit with them in November of last year & they truly took their time to listen to my needs and to be patient with my anxiety about going. It was the first time I truly felt heard. God bless them”
“Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable, caring staff. All volunteer their time to provide services and care to a portion of our community who might not otherwise be able to afford medical care. These people are the true meaning of selfless.”
“Very well staff they listen to what you have to say Jennifer is a amazing lady she goes out of her way to help you the whole staff is amazing i couldn't have found a better clinic to go to.”
