“Dr. Kristin Oliver Absolute menace. She missed my appointment by 40 minutes and then turned around and told me it was my fault. It was a video Appointment and a makeup appointment for the one that they missed the day before. Yes, they missed my appointment. I showed up and they did not. This morning at 9 AM was supposed to be my video appointment. I did not receive the link until 9:40am. I have to stay on my medication just to keep my job. No medication I can’t go to work. I have two kids to support and OPA mental health plus Kristin Oliver has ruined my life! This place is absolutely horrible! She told me she could finish my appointment the next day. I’ve already called out of work twice. After they missed my appointment twice. There’s no accountability here there’s no trust they don’t care you’re just a number to these people. My doctor decided to lie and said that I cussed out her and she ended the call immediately. I never once even raised my voice. She didn’t like the fact that I called her out on being late and she decided to end the call. I will never be back here. Those calls are recorded and if they just checked, they know she was lying. The manager refused to call me. There’s no accountability for this place or their doctors. Yet they wanna charge you a late fee if you’re late, but they don’t even know how to show up.”
