The staff genuinely cared about me as a person, not just as a patient, and I felt supported throughout my time here. I’m incredibly grateful for the people I met, (shout out day techs for making it possible to shout out night techs for keeping us safe and nursing and my lovely therapist BIG HARMONY 💕 love you girl )the lessons I learned, and the memories I made. There were difficult days, but having the right people around me made a huge difference. This experience gave me a chance to slow down, reflect, grow, and start moving forward. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is ready to make a change and needs a supportive environment to do it in. I’ll always be grateful for my time here.”

“Great therapists internal staff but it ends there. I informed them during intake and was was told it was fine to leave on a certain day due to my girlfriend needing off work to get me. Next thing I know they say they have to keep me (no good reason) against my will! It felt like they want extra days for extra insurance money. They left me outside when leaving and wouldn't even let me pack my suit case inside. While the techs, chefs and therapists are wonderful, the front office has a lot left to be desired.”

“I appreciate the staff at Onyx and the Alumni association for their regular follow-ups. I found the cuisine to be very good, the activities for patients were thoughtful and fun. The groups were congested and made me feel claustrophobic. That is my only criticism. I feel everyone was professional, clean and kind. This was a great stepping stone found along my recovery journey. They helped set me up for success!
