“If there was no stars it would have been selected. Onward Behavioral impossible to speak to anyone even when you leave messages and the Light Program trust me do not waste your time or breathe. They are a bunch of money hungry greedy ignorant individuals. They do not even do their job correct, they have been informed numerous times during the time of services rendered of insurance received card and verified participation with that said insurance back then. Just to turn around 3 years later receive a bill for services back in 2020 for my daughter that insurance paid for. This is called insurance Fraud since had insurance and they received payment, already spoke to attorney and will pursue legal action harassment as well.”
“This company has repeatedly sent bills for services that have already been paid. It is extremely difficult to contact someone using the number provided on the invoice. They continue to send invoices that eventually threaten sending your account to a collections agency, despite having spoken with a representative who claims their "billing department made a mistake". It is not a mistake when every review on here says the same thing, it is a pattern. This company is attempting to seek payment for fraudulent reasons and are making no attempts to resolve the issues. I will be contacting an attorney in order to take legal action against Onward Behavioral Health and any affiliated companies. I will post another review on here once directed to by my attorney with instructions on how to stop these intrusions and reclaim any fraudulent expenses.”
“I had an okay(ish) experience with the Radnor office, but the Philadelphia and Havertown was horrible. Started okay until my therapist was thrown out during a merge a few months ago and I was assigned to a new one who didn’t return my many calls and voicemails (they don’t email or text). A month later at my psychiatrist appointment, the doctor informed me that I was terminated from their program, claiming the therapist office had sent me mail informing me. Never received that. Had a laugh when Dr even told me that my therapist had written down that I wasn't responding to calls. I was already looking for a new Dr and therapist by that point because I was fed up with Ms Baker ghosting me, I was just surprised by the audacity and rudeness of a therapy company. There’s no reliable way to contact anyone, and don’t hope for a haste response. As for billing, they tend to charge (or at least try to) multiple times, so keep your receipts! and be prepared for hours of arguing with uncaring staff... each time. This company has a couple great workers but unfortunately they’re drowned out by the majority. Management seems to be incredibly distant from the offices and make decisions without consulting employees. I would not suggest becoming a client.”
“This company has been sending me bills and I have no idea who they are. The bills have the names of my daughter and ex-wife but are sent to my address. I've called them and they tell me they can't find the account number or they can't discuss it because I am not the patient. Evidently, it's for my daughter - who's an adult - but they are sending me the bill. This smells of a scam company to me. Update: A few days after this review was posted the company send me an email stating the account now has a zero balance.”
