“Doctor was great, surgical staff was attentive, kind and compassionate. So why only two stars? I'm hoping a quality person picks up on this and seeks to improve things regarding how the office manages data - as patient record errors can lead to real problems in the medical field. My name was misspelled - and I've approached them three times to correct it and still, I received a letter today with my name remaining misspelled. At the procedure, I waited for a long time - which is no problem; I prefer surgery take more time when needed, even ahead of me. But once I was brought in, the "hurry flurry" began - where I was simultaneously prepped for surgery - and providing background information that I had already given at the office - and could have provided while I waited - with each of these two tasks interrupting the other. This was a recipe for mistakes for either task. Fortunately none medical. Then, I received an email directing me to their portal for a message with my results - with no messages to be had on that portal. I finally called to have the results of my procedure sent to me or I doubt I ever could have known. Given the breath of data mismanagement experience, I don't have much confidence in the my data collected overall.”

They explained the procedure very clearly and each visit was fast and today she got a thumbs up from the Dr. everything went GREAT!! So happy to find staff and Doctor that really cares about their patient.”
