“Due to the health care system in America at this time, I wasn't expecting much from the virtual appointment from the nurse practitioner. However, she was very knowledgeable, understanding, friendly, yet professional. And made my daughter, which normally doesn't take well to everyone. She felt very comfortable and she even put a smile on her face. And I was very happy with the virtual appointment. I asked if we could come on permanently. Only, if she would agree to becoming my daughter's permanent provider. She said yes of course. The entire healthcare system is not broken, and we still have individuals/professionals out there that are here to help.”

“Mrs Amy Lozano is the best psychiatrist at the office on Spencer Highway. She makes you feel seen and heard. She includes you in the decision making of your treatment. I lost both parents and was just trying to get up everyday and function. I saw a different psychiatrist at this location and she kept reminding me that she was not there for therapy. She asked me a few questions, diagnosed me and prescribed my medication. She said she would refer me to a therapist but never did. I left the appointment feeling hopeless and wanting to give up. But when I left the appointment after seeing Mrs Lozano, I had a little hope and that hope makes it feel easier to breathe and that small change feels so huge to me.
