What patients say on Google
“I've been using this therapy office for a long time. It's well worth it.”
“I had been using this clinic for over 7 years, since before ownership changed to Omni. I still have a fantastic relationship with reception (Lila is a beautiful person!) and my therapist, who works independently from Omni. JENNIFER PRICE: ONE TIME IN 7 YEARS, I missed an appointment, but was available for tele-health and she REFUSED, but still charged me a $50 missed appt fee, and wouldn't let me make any appointments until I paid. She only provides 2 months of meds, and requires IN OFFICE visits stating it's the law, which it ISN'T. During my next appt, I discussed the $50 fee being refunded. She said she wasn't opposed to "checking on it", but never did. She offered me a copy of my contract to appease me 👎. I told her I know what I signed, you could have seen me on tele-health, it wasn't the LAW that I be in your office. She said, "I think you need to watch your tone." I guess she thought I needed her so bad that I'd just let her talk to me like that when I'd been a MODEL PATIENT FOR SEVEN YEARS. I didn't, and she said, "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU CAN LEAVE." I grabbed my things to leave and she came right out of her seat to stop me, but she had already completely ruined a 7 year relationship. I'm not a difficult person and I am mentally stable! Jennifer treated a good client poorly and lost because of it.”
