“When my youngest son Riley has a therapist through Omni. His name was Johnathan..he always bribe me son with food and candy...I am sorry your therapy didn't know how to handle a kid with autism and who has outburst. Before sending out your therapist to help children please check all of their qualifications. . Your employees are. Completely clueless and unprofessional... When you call the front desk nobody has the curiosity to answer the phone nor does the front desk return back your calls. Your therapist only care about getting their paperwork sign so they can hand in their hours. For what not helping my son.... I would give you a zero rating. Your service is HORRIBLE....”

“One of if not thee worst therapy office in philadelphia and its surrounding areas. The vibe inside is extremely eerie, dreary, and negative, it's far from welcoming or somewhere you'd want to be to feel safe and comfortable. The therapist I had was absolutely no help to me. She misunderstood me and left me with nothing to work with each session we had. The receptionist never picks up the phone either, it's extremely hard to get in contact with anyone in this office and they are never taking appointments!!! I know It's extremely hard to find therapist these days and the journey to finally getting help is stressful so i'd advise anyone considering this place to seek out better options elsewhere and go some place whether virtually or physically that makes you feel seen and ACTUALLY helps”

“The new front desk, girl that they have there is very nasty very rude and argumentative she should be reprimanded for her behavior. Did the problem with the incompetence of information is despicable. There is no communication between the doctors and the receptionist. The front desk person is coolest and then has an attitude with you when you ask questions I was just on the phone with her. I asked her when the doctor would be in. She says that’s too personal. I can’t tell you all that even though it hasn’t been any issue when I ask that question previously very nasty argumentative person and bad Communication among the doctors.”
