“Talking about a protocol but having someone withdrawal from medication is crazy. I have been through 4 doctors already well 3 and a prescribing nurse or whatever she was. I wasn't even informed about her leaving except through my therapist. Horrible 😔. It's okay though. I'm done with this place.”

“I've been coming to the Phillipsburg NJ office for years with no issues except for scheduling issues with the psych dr. But that finally got straightened out then all of a sudden I get told out of the blue that I have a copay and I now owe them money and they will not see me until I can pay. Mind you I am on medication that if I don't take it I will go through withdrawals but they do not care about that and they don't care about their patients mental health . I suffer from panic attacks, anxiety attacks, agoraphobia and depression. So I am on multiple medications for everything including Xanax and I have been on it for at least 3 -4 years. Now I'm worried about how I'm going to get my medication because I can't even get anybody to call me back or anything this is a worthless business that says they care about their patients but they don't the only thing they care about is the money in their pocket they don't care what the patients are going to have to go through or anything. If I could do zero stars I would have. I will say my therapist karly was a blessing we talked comfortably and she made me feel like I mattered and she really cared and was so sweet and caring.”

“Horrible treatment for people with Medicare. My counselor was great, but some of the psychologist are not good at all and should not be there. The front desk secretaries are not very polite and one in particular seems to be racist and prejudice against certain people of color, accents and social background. I had the opportunity to observe her and others dealing with people. These people should not be working in a Mental health facility. I would NOT recommend this place.”

“Omni has a great team of therapist. They have a few bilingual therapist to accommodate English and Spanish speaking patients. The Psychiatrists are compassionate to your needs and provide you with appropriate medications. They take time to help you understand your diagnosises and medications. My only complaint is that they go through receptionists constantly. They have two but only one has been here for a year and she is amazing. The others only last a few months or less.”
