“I would rate this business 0 stars if possible. The receptionist, Darlene, was incredibly condescending and rude. When I questioned their policies regarding medication management she just hung up the phone on me. Upon calling back she was even more condescending and offered no help or solutions. It took me over an hour to get in concatct with someone above her to complain. Upon finally reaching someone, Shawna, my concerns were not taken seriously, and again, no help or solututions were offered. I would NEVER use this business' service's again, or recomend this business to someone I care about”

“Dr Garcia is rude and doesn't care to listen to her patients needs or concerns. Just ended a zoom meeting with her because she immediately discarded my concerns about my medication and what works for me or hasnt worked for me. The rest of the staff I've dealt with has been very nice and helpful hopefully they can find me a better dr.”

“I don’t know if it was just the person I had or what but literally horrible. It’s a shame cause they were very friendly but I didn’t feel like I was talking to a professional at all. Overall there are MUCH better places to get counseling.”

My therapist (Joe) and psychiatrist are both knowledgeable and respectful and front desk receptionist is also quite nice and helpful.
