What patients say on Google
“Review posted on 03/18/2026 with ⭐️ rating. I had a very disappointing experience with this practice. The front desk was difficult to reach, as calls often went unanswered. During my therapy sessions, I frequently felt interrupted and not fully heard. For my psychiatry appointment, there was confusion around the scheduled time. I joined as instructed and was later told to reconnect, but when I did, the psychiatrist (Farah Khan) blamed me for the delay. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, I was told I “don’t know anything about myself” when I couldn’t recall a medication on the spot, which I found inappropriate and discouraging. Overall, I did not feel respected or supported and would not recommend this practice. --------------------------------------------- Updated Review posted on Friday 03/27/2026 with ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating I would like to update my previous review for Omni Health Services, Inc. I truly appreciate that they took my concerns seriously and made the effort to address them. It means a lot to see a provider listen to a patient’s perspective and take real steps to improve the quality of care. Thank you to the team for being understanding, responsive, and committed to better serving your patients. Your willingness to make changes does not go unnoticed.”
“So far so good. My child reports that their therapist at Omni Health really listen to their concerns and really truly try to understand the environmental stressors that contribute to their mental health journey. This is extremely important to me and it is my greatest concern I have as a parent working hard to ensure that my child's treatment is effective. Our goal to ensure my child is being heard and builds the skills to live independently and thrive in society. Living in Allentown is not easy for children- especially children with disabilities. PA laws are misinterpreted by a lot of people in the mental health field . Providers have tried to exclude me from my own child's mental treatment. It has been extremely burdensome and devastating as a loving parent. The school system does not seem to work in the best interest of these children and having an appropriate treatment provider is essential. We have been on a long journey and so far this place has been a relief to me as a mom and strong advocate for my disabled child. Best wishes to everyone on their mental health journey.”
