What patients say on Google
“Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. i’ve left numerous voicemails about needing appointments to get my medication refilled because for some weird reason They won’t schedule your next med appointment at your visit. They say to “call when your close to running out to make an appointment” yet you cant get anyone to call you back or even answer the phone!? canceled services and went elsewhere.”
“Worst place imaginable, when I tell them my issues they pretend it's my own fault, med provider Mrs. Hannah communicates with me as if I'm an ignorant child , therapist is clueless to my mania and anxiety”
“The folks here are so helpful and a delight to deal with. They make you feel cared for.”
“Front office ladies are very nice but I have a bit of an issue. I was supposed to have an appointment today, however the provider no longer is employed by the office and I was not informed of this until yesterday. I waited over a month to be seen and I took off work for this appointment. I get that things happen but I feel like they should have reached out to reschedule when the provider was no longer working with them. I would like to be seen but I left a voicemail to no avail. I’m not sure I want to even be seen by this place anymore.”
