“The receptionist intake lady is so unprofessional it’s quite unbelievable. 15 minutes into my sister’s therapy session she came in to stop the appointment because her card was blocked for the copay. Instead of letting her finish getting the therapy she so desperately needs, THEN figure out why her why her card was blocked, she physically interrupted her session to tell her she needs to leave because her card was declined? The bank blocked her card because they thought it was fraud. This could’ve been solved and payment could’ve been processed on that day, but she was forced to stop her session and leave. I’m not one to leave reviews but to see my sister actually try to get the help she needs then is refused service is beyond me. Do not use this location in perrysburg unless you would like to work with cold hearted people such as this lady. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional. Currently looking elsewhere where to get her the help she needs before she just gives up due to this horrible experience. People don’t come here to shop like this is a target, they need help with their mental issues that are affecting their daily lives and the people’s life’s she surrounds herself with. Please think about the way you treat people and understand there’s emotions and feelings behind the people who come here.”

“Appointments take twice and 3 times too long. This is the second time in a row that my appointment has been delayed by at least 45min. Last time I was here 3 hours! If I could find another faith based service I would.”

“Went downhill really fast. Last appointment took over 2.5hrs and twice now they've not called in my meds and it took five days to get ahold of them to get them and not a single apology for anything, just a yeah it happens type attitude”

The counselors, physicians, and nurses are all tremendously caring and compassionate. Even the receptionists remember each client by name. I've never felt more loved and cared for at a treatment facility.”
