What patients say on Google
“I have tried to get into this place since January and no one seems interested enough to have new clients. When I did the intake process, the lady treated me poorly and was semi-rude to me until she asked me what my highest level of education was. After I told her it was associates in social work, she then started to treat me professionally and acted like I was her colleague. I had the intake process in late January, early February. I then had a baby and was struggling with ppd and needed to be seen asap. Gabrielle was supposed to be my therapist and she would not set an appt up for awhile and would not answer her phone. I then did get in contact with her and we set an appt up in march! But she cancelled it due to her needing more time to see her clients. I do not recommend this place. Do not take in new clients if you can’t see them or do not have time for them.”
“They're terrible. First, the psychiatrist was disrespectful and when i requested a different one, they told me they can't and I'd have to switch to a different company. They miss calls and don't send in meds they're supposed to. My son has gone without his medications and they have failed to return important calls. Terrible place.”
“Much better than the Columbus office. If they had more funding, they could probably have more resources available to the community. This leaves MACC as the current go-to and they're not too accommodating.”
“Extremely great people to work with and they take their job seriously. Easy to talk to and if you're not able to go to them, they have the option to come to you.. I had the opportunity to work with them.”
