“I would give this place ZERO stars if I could!!!! My loved one left with more issues than they arrived to Ocean's with! This facility was HORRIFIC! DO NOT send someone you love here. Do your research and send them to somewhere they will actually get help. Your loved one will come back a shell of the person they once were. They are forced to comply and say they are doing better and being helped. If they say otherwise, more days are added to their stay as a consequence disguised as "help". They look for ANY reason to extend stays and DO NOT ALLOW AMA sign offs. Once you are there, you are stuck until you comply and obey. The techs are lazy. My loved one was left in pitiful condition, had to ask permission to brush their teeth, and if it was too late (because sometimes they give snacks/milk at 8-9pm) the techs were too lazy to go unlock their cabinets to give them their tooth brushes. I visited my loved one and they entire facility is white grey and muted colors. It is so depressing. I felt awful for sending my loved one here. Please do not do it. The techs are awful. The only good one is Victoria, and there are two others, a black lady with long wavy hair, she's 26 and has a baby, I cannot remember her name, Mr. Roger Lawrence, and the black lady with short platinum blonde hair. The rest of the techs and that night time travel nurse are just so so so so awful. I have to get my loved one counseling for new mental conditions from this place. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PERSON THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.”

“I would advise that no one voluntarily go here because all staff members refuse patients the AMA form to check themselves out. I had to put one star but they do not deserve stars period.”
