What patients say on Google

“I had the best time when I went the November 26, 2025 and well too start the great food in the mornings and for lunch and the dinners were delicious.. I highly recommend you good you need mental help . And you have to stay about 10 days the first time you go but it’s worth it . The staff is so nice and always making sure you’re good . I like going for the people you can meet and talk too . I’m a people’s person so yeah I like too talk but you if you ain’t a people person that’s fine too they got a room for you there too . I like the Night shift staff because I can be myself around my friends who are there . I like working out there and you get too sleep and be able too talk too the cute females of you think you got a chance with her then make your move !. Checkmate .”

“This place is not looking out for the patient's best interest. Their paperwork says that if a voluntary patient requests to be discharged, they can be discharged within 4 hours. That is a lie! My loved one is being held against his wishes. The staff want him medicated but he doesn't need it. This facility is unethical!”

“Rating: 1/5 (Would give a negative rating if possible)Avoid this facility at all costs. I experienced horrific treatment here during the night shift, including instances where staff were verbally abusive and encouraged self-destructive behavior. Instead of receiving help, I was met with severe negligence. The facility does not properly support its patients; I witnessed long-term stays that seemed more about containment than care. This place is unsafe, unprofessional, and deeply detrimental to anyone seeking mental health support. Do not go here.”

“Front desk unprofessional. The middle age Korean woman was very rude!! They were all rude. Never a smile on them. The only professional is the psychiatrist. Place has a terrible smell. Guest bathroom is dirty and floors are sticky.”
