“It wasn't the best, wasn't the worst. The food was great, but I didn't receive a pillow the first 2 nights, there is no viable quiet space and the only spot with privacy is the bathrooms. Not only that, but they did not follow all listed procedures for the fire drill we did. They also do not have enough security and are incapable of stopping fights before they happen. Reaction time is slow, even during medical emergancies.emergencies. Staff was nice though.”

“Nikki always listens to everything I’m concerned about, takes into account the medications I’d like to try and what I want to stay away from. And she always fits and adjusts my medications when needed to fit me. Also the receptionist, Angela, is so sweet warm and welcoming every single time I come in, and when I call her needing something. I really feel seen, heard, and taken care of here.”

“I have been twice. In 2024 after a failed suicide and 2025 for the same reason. I attended their IOP program for 5months. I continue with the outpatient center and every part of it was great! They work very hard, alot of hours but if you go there with an open mind and heart they will do anything for you. They saved my life twice. But may I stress again that it starts with the patient and willingness to try to fight for your life. Then everything that follows is truly amazing. I never write reviews, twice in my life I had. This place deserves so much credit. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

“Dirty bugs. Doctors don't care. No rules. Had to go to er to find why I hurt so bad. Give meds that made sodium levels drop to near admitted levels. I told dr. I had this problem too. Wasted money and time.”
