What patients say on Google

“This place was disgusting. I spent 2 nights here due to my ex husband accusing me of making threats to my life. I was put in a room with dirty sheets. One of the pillow cases had old blood on it. The bathroom walls had feces all over them. It was unsafe due to acting out of other patients. I was appalled with the conditions. I got a skin infection that costed me months to get rid of and multiple doctor visits. As a healthcare professional myself I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay somewhere like this. I am currently seeking legal counsel about this as it was unacceptable. Update: they called me to see “what I want” to basically get rid of the review. One thing I didn’t mention is how they lined people up to have blood drawn. Did not tell anyone what they were testing. As a nurse and paramedic I was very aware that the phlebotomist used one of the largest bore needles to draw with. Totally unnecessary and unethical. And to this day I haven’t gotten any lab results or do I know what they were drawing blood for. I did however get a bill to pay for it. Figured.”

“I have a loved one currently in inpatient and I had to stop what I’m doing to leave this review because I am just blown away. From the intake process, them keeping me informed, and the total change I’ve heard in my loved ones voice, I am so thankful that this is where they’re at. I really do believe they care about the wellbeing of their patients and I will forever recommend them for anyone who needs inpatient mental health care.”

“What a place, I would call hell on earth. The showers dribble out water, they constantly adjust the heating and cooling, they don't keep schedules, they test out things they don't listen to the patients the staff let patients run amuck and cause problems with people they don't like i.e. racism and such, there is a huge difference in how each staff member treats certain people based on who they are their color etc etc, the doctors lie don't respect you, if you turn down medicine they just order it again they still get pain from your insurance. they all want to know your finances in every detail of your life in every way jotting it all down keeping track just lab rats in a cage. The therapists and counselors don't even know how to work with the patients they just like getting paychecks. This is so disrepectful of any human life decency or rights, this place should just be nuked to be honest there s nothing good in that place, I'd rather kill myself than be put there again. All the horrible acts I witnessed in there I could write my own book just about this one place They didn't breathalyze me, they didn't properly store my items, they didn't properly store my signature on forms on the computers, they made so many errors in everything and kept changing social workers and people on me and the doctor kept slipping up her speech catching her red handed every time. The illegally released me. I could go on but I'm tired of typing....for now”
