What patients say on Google
“I just have to say. The only good thing about this place was the nurses but it’s not they can do anything for you besides do you want a pill for that feeling. I had the worst experience of my life. Instead of getting better I now have a new trama in my life. If you love your family I wouldn’t send them here.”
“This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. They violated me and my disability rights as well as basic human decency, let alone patients rights. I was there 10 days. I just got out today. I finally got a single hygiene product on my 5th day. I didn’t know the body wash wasn’t supposed to be put in my hair because that was all I was given and not told anything. But never got a shower stool. I never had a single lab taken until the 7th day I was there, and as of now, never got a single result. I went in because I was scared for my life with neurological issues and needed some sort of medical monitoring and they never let me see anyone, ever. No doctors, no psychiatrists, all the med nurses were just Lpns and the charge nurses just sat in front of a computer screen talking trash about the patients. I need an experienced Psychiatrist. They only had psychiatric nurse practitioners and they are not competent enough to properly treat me. They never did even have several medications I needed daily and they didn’t care in the slightest either. More than once, I needed urgent medication and I was told that I had to wait another 1-1/2 hours to get anything. In a freaking hospital! Everything was tomorrow, next shift, ask your np. I only had the clothes on my back and had to strip butt naked in front of my roommate whenever I wanted them washed. For 10 days. Because they refused to give me a gown. They would not turn down my room when it was in the mid-80s at least. I have severe narcolepsy and the last full day I was there the charge nurse, LaShae lied her butt off to my np telling her I was lying about everything and locked me out of my room out of every one from sunrise to bedtime. I reported a lot I could remember the last night I was there to the Director of Quality, Lisa Perrill. She said she was going to talk to the CEO and go find me on my ward two hours later. Of course she didn’t and she never answered her phone again or called me back with numerous voicemails with different numbers to try. This place is a complete dump and if you bring anyone here, you are completely taking them out to pasture.”
“The driver sexually harrased my wife several times on different days, he made her uncomfortable to the point where she didnt want to be picked up anymore. He makes very unprofessional comments towards someone trying to get mental health treatment. He saw her with a wig and said your so beautiful in a sexual way. I know nobody will fire him .”
“I had a very positive experience overall. Yall need to give these nurses some grace. I saw first hand what they go through on the daily. LASHAE and CINDY have my heart, although I hope I never see them again, respectfully.”
