What patients say on Google

“This place is a joke. No regard for timeliness, and a tremendous lack of professionalism. Navigating life with mental health issues is challenging enough. I shouldn’t have to chase down my meds manager for my appointment when I made it clear I was almost out of meds. Joy is also very nonchalant to the point I question if she’s even passionate about this work. I had an appointment today that she was once again late to. Then they wait to send you the link supposedly 5 minutes before your session. So I’m waiting and almost an hour later she emails me saying I don’t have an appointment today. So I send her the screenshots from our email correspondence. By this time I’m pissed because it’s becoming a pattern and it really shouldn’t be this complicated or difficult. She proceeds to call me taking absolutely no accountability whatsoever. She basically said she’s not the only one that checks and responds to that email and I’m like hmmm you provided me with a separate email address and said it was yours. So clearly I’m upset because I don’t like wasting my time. She goes on to make excuses and in my mind I’m like are we having the session or not. Then Joy tells me to calm down. That was it. I said a few choice words and hung up. As I was hanging up I could hear her laughing. Crazy right? So, I emailed them asking to be removed from their database as a client. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. *Then they respond with AI. Ya’ll please RUN. Don’t be moved by their 4.8 score. If you just need meds and the constant mixups etc don’t bother you then they will be perfect for you.”

“For my initial few months under Dr. Olagoke’s care, everything went well. It was a pretty seamless experience dealing with her and getting my meds adjusted and filled as needed. However, went downhill very quickly in the past 6 weeks or so. I had an $80 copay on my account from my previous visit, and her admin felt the need to text me at 9:30pm about it, and calling me “ma” repeatedly, which I found to be lacking in professionalism, coming from a business of any kind. This past month, my provider had me schedule with her cohort, since she would be out of the area for the holidays. I took no issue with this, as I have been on the same 3 medications for awhile now and wouldn’t need any changes. My “appointment” consisted of this person asking me 2 questions, neither of which had anything to do with confirming my meds. I then received a follow up text, “refilled your script ma”, and was charged my normal $80 copay. So, I went to pick up my prescriptions, and not only were they not sent it, the pharmacy said that they refused to fill the requests from the pharmacy. I reached back out to the same person who had been texting me, and she said that received no requests and that she didn’t know I was on the medicine I was on. This was almost 3 weeks ago, I have since reached out to my provider and heard absolutely nothing. I am now completely out of my medicine, paid a copay for nothing, and finally had to find a new provider yesterday.”
