What patients say on Google

“I am so thankfuk for my therapist Melissa. Its a pleasure to be able to have someone that understands me.”
Kimmy Edwards
“Would give zero stars if i could. Ive been going here for about a year now and have have issues every step of the way. Most recently, they changed my doctor WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME which sent my bill up from $130 to $201. This should be a criminal action. Its not my fault i changed doctors but I’m certainly suffering the consequences. Billing staff is incompetent and will guaranteed mess up your bill or overcharge you. I setup a biweekly payment plan and they decided to charge me every single week causing me to overdraft my bank account. They didn’t care and charged me again the next week. Office will never call you back for a follow up call and are pretty miserable people in general. I hope this review helps others avoid this place at all cost. Mental health is nothing to joke about but these folks really couldn’t care less.”

“I cringed at even giving this place 1 star. DO NOT GO HERE!! I wish we would've read the reviews for this place before this nightmare began. They have now billed us for 5 appointments (in less than 2 months) that were "missed" that we NEVER MADE. The only one we "missed" was the one that THEY cancelled because the provider had a family emergency, and they tried to charge us $130 for missing it?? We have also had appointments that we actually DID schedule and showed up only for the lady at the desk to rudely tell us we weren't scheduled even though we had the voicemail confirming the appointment. Today we received a bill for $561 for these made up appointments that we never scheduled. After reading reviews for this place, this is apparently what they do to all of their patients. I don't know how this place is still in business. It's disgusting that anyone would steal from their patients like this. Please save yourself the headache and hundreds of dollars for appointments that never existed and go somewhere with honest providers.”
Katie Allender
“Unfortunately, after I left a 1-star review here and rated the clinician who treated me on a different site (Health Grades), I experienced retaliation and illegal harassment. A woman with knowledge of my previous mental health treatment made an anonymous call to the local police, telling them that I was a danger to myself and that I was suicidal. The police arrived at my home last night. This happened less than 24-hours after a negative exchange took place with this practice and the clinician. The fact that the clinician or her boss made a bogus complaint to the police in retaliation speaks volumes of the character of the staff. Making false statements to the police is a crime and it is beyond unethical. I am filing complaints with the Maryland Board of Nursing and any other relevant Boards in due time. Do not patronize this practice. If you upset these people for being honest, they will retaliate and attempt to forcibly commit you against your will. Stop lying and get a real job.”
