“I was a nervous coming for counseling because my family wanted to come but after my first appointment, I felt pretty good about coming. The counselor made me feel chill and the conversation seemed normal like a getting-to-know-you thing not like a grippy socks thing. The office is cool, the one office it is totally purple but after I talked with her it made sense. And she really listened and asked questions, and now after I have had some sessions it feels like my counselor Riah like she was pretty interested and at one point she said "I know right?!?" so it felt like she is really interested in my life and wants to know everything, not just my problems. So far I am feeling a lot lighter and thing I am going to see their psychiatrist. Definitely a lucky choice to have her in Oak Lawn.”

“Made an appointment because they took my insurance. Received a text and email the day of my appointment saying that the therapist was out of the office...no big deal. It was done hours before my scheduled time. Rescheduled and showed up 20 minutes before my next appointment. No one there. Waited 20 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment and no one showed up. No text..no email. Very unprofessional!!!”
