What patients say on Google

“I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at the reception desk during my appointment today. Despite my efforts to vet all necessary questions prior to my arrival to ensure a productive visit, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. It was clear that the staff member was prioritized leaving for the day over providing the assistance I was scheduled to receive. Furthermore, there appears to be a significant failure in your CRM and scheduling systems. I was directed to arrive for a 4:20 PM appointment, yet I was treated as an inconvenience because the office closes at 5:00 PM. If your team is unwilling or unable to provide professional service during the final hour of business, these time slots should not be made available to clients. I find this level of service unacceptable, particularly after I took the initiative to prepare for this appointment in advance. I intend to escalate this matter to the Director level to ensure that both the technical scheduling errors and the lack of staff professionalism are addressed. The aggressive tone will not be tolerated and entirely lazy employees don’t deserve a job.”

“My husband had an appointment and was given a prescription for an MRI. He went for the test and has never heard from them again. Multiple calls and NO RESPONSE! So incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful.”

“Honestly, this place should be so embarrassed with how they handle patient care. I had my appointment 2 weeks ago that I waited for over 9 months for. Fine, the doctor had great reviews so I was willing to wait. He prescribed a medication and sends in a PA. Unknown to me but the PA was denied the next day. I went to the pharmacy a few days (trying to be patient) later to pick up the med and they said the PA was denied. I called the office the following day (a week at this point) and questioned why an alternative (options were provided to them from my insurance) was not sent in or at the very least why I wasn’t informed of the denial in a timely matter. No response. The male receptionist then put a request in to message the doctor. A week later and STILL no update. Mind you I’ve had to take PTO because of this issue when a medication could have helped me get through the day. I call back AGAIN I was told a message should never have been sent to the doctor because he wouldn’t see it and I would get a call back the following day. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. It has now been over 2 weeks and I’m still without any resolution. I tried playing nice being incredibly understanding and patient but it gets you no where with incompetent, in compassionate “healthcare” workers.”

“I've had a great experience with this office and Dr Zarif. I felt listened to and cared for. And both check-in and check-out for my appointment was really efficient, which included booking some followups and processing a referral.”
