What patients say on Google

“Have been coming here for many years, they have most services right at this location (GP, blood, xray, urologist, radiology offices across the parking lot is new and excellent). I've never had an issue with wait times myself, staff is truly excellent, doctors are amazing, from beginning to end great group of committed medical team members. Very thankful for them!”

“I recently went to NYU Langone to have an MRCP scan done. They get 5 stars for the facility, new, clean, plenty of staff to check you in. This particular scan you get an iv for contrast during the scan. I give blood on a regular basis, I have blood work done for my cardiologist every six months, I never have a problem with them getting the needle in. The first tech took two stabs at it (literally) one in each arm, then she called in another tech who tried to get into a vein by my wrist to no avail. I told them after three failed attempts, they need to get a phlebotomist. I really didn’t appreciate the snarky attitude from the young male tech. They said they had a nurse who does the iv’s. She got it first time, no pain no pinch, no digging around. I thanked her. Do yourself a favor if you go there and need an iv, ask for the nurse. The radiology techs may be “iv certified” (as I was told) but they are completely incompetent. Maybe some more practice on oranges, and then each other. I’d like to see that.”

“Doctor is great... wait time is pathetic. My 92 yr old mother has back and hip pain and her last 3 visits have all had at least a 20 minute wait. We're going on 25 mins right now, before 10am. Is it that hard to let the patient know that the doctor is running behind?”

“I had an overall excellent experience at this office. The nurse, Raven, was professional, attentive, and very kind. Dr. McCaffrey was top-notch and really took his time explaining my previous lab results, which helped relieve a lot of my anxiety. They also have an amazing onsite lab, making the entire process incredibly efficient. I was in and out with no hassle. Highly recommend!”
