“Worst provider experience I've ever had. Horrid communication, scheduling, and customer service. Was without medications for well over a week now due to scheduling errorers in their system and lack of clear communication. Staff didn't seem to care in the slightest. I'd rate lower if I could. I know mental health providers in the area are few and far between, but do yourself the favor and find a provider further away. One that keeps appointments, won't lie to your face, and isn't just in it for your insurance money.”

“Absolutely ridiculous!! They say the appointment will be canceled if it isnt confirmed, but they never called to confirm. We've been calling for two weeks straight with no answer and they don't bother calling back when we leave a message! I have never seen a more unprofessional business in my life. We will be taking our business elsewhere.”

“STAY FAR AWAY!!! Wish I could give 0 stars!!! This place is a JOKE. I have called them 8 times in the last week and a half and not ONCE has anyone answered. I have also left 3 voicemails now to which NONE have been responded to. Oh AND the only reason I am even calling in the first place is because THEY cancelled my appointment because the doctor had to leave early for the day! I've been unable to get a script called in for 2 WEEKS NOW!!! THIS IS INSANELY POOR PATIENT CARE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE SERIOUSLY!”

“I have tried for 4 months now to have an appointment to get on medication. I have been cancelled on the first 3 times without any explanation as to why AND never even received a call that they were canceled. This 4th time I had to call the day before and the day of just to get the email for the web appointment all for the psychiatrist to not even show up on the appointment. I called very upset but calm and asked why this keeps happening because I am struggling mentally as a single mother with my mental health and all I received was excuses that they aren't deliberately doing it and that if I wanted to get another appointment it would have to be in office. I told them that wasn't possible for me and she said well that's all they could do. No apology no anything. Steer clear if you can.”
