What patients say on Google
“My husband and I have been in couples counseling with Jessica N. for nearly a year, and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience. She has not only helped save our marriage, but she has also helped us build a relationship that is stronger and healthier than it has ever been. We are continually impressed by her professionalism, insight, compassion, and ability to guide us through even our most difficult moments. Jessica creates a safe and supportive environment while challenging us to grow as a couple. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, expertise, and the lasting impact she has had on our lives and our marriage.”
“After many years of treatment I finally quit going here. And what a relief. I have not gone here for approximately 3 years now. The reason I left is because the therapists would not work on the problems I wanted to work on to get past them. The last therapist would continuously bring up bad subjects to make me angry so she could put in the notes that I have not improved to keep me coming back there. Honestly, I did not realize this until I stopped going and stopped taking the medication. Now I am thinking more clearly and although I do not have control of my moods at least I can recognize what went wrong. It was this office and the therapists. Honestly, if you can seek help somewhere else do so. You go to these places for help NOT to be kept in the same status as when you first started. Check reviews before going to a therapist and if you have to switch until you find one that is right for you. Advocate for yourself that is the most important part of you, YOURSELF!!!!!!”
“I didn't call them back to confirm appointment so they cancelled. But they don't answer. So if you got some mental issues your screwed”
“I have been a patient here for over 5 years. The staff are friendly however if you plan to choose this place for treatment beware your appointments will be cancelled and rescheduled often, if not every time. Additionally when they are cancelled they call you the day before or in my case not at all. I sat in two Zoom meetings twice for over 30 minutes waiting for someone. Had a yearly in person checkup that was scheduled for 3 months cancelled 2 days before the date but it’s only because I, the patient, called to see if the appointment was still good to go. Overall it’s been a poor experience, especially over the past two years. Good luck and take care of your mental health.”
