What patients say on Google
“This place doesn’t care about you or your health, they constantly call to cancel your appointments, the “doctors” aren’t ever there to see you so you have to see a nurse. Therapy??? Good luck getting that, they’re a waiting list of 2 years because no one wants to work there so they don’t have anyone to see you, their waiting room is always empty. I see a new place that takes better care of me than this place, best advice LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE THAN THIS PLACE.”
“This place doesn't care about patients. You should see the waiting room! It's a dirty, stinky Petri Dish / prison cell with wall to wall chairs against stark institutional walls that look like they haven't been cleaned in years. One can only guess what the mysterious spots are. The strong, lingering stench of B.O. mixed with the delightful perfume of cheap candles is a stomach-turning experience that leaves bile just in the back of the throat, and the ambiance is made just a little worse by the obligatory TV blaring nothing in-particular, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation. It's enough to cause anyone to have a breakdown! I was there simply to provide transportation for a friend, and I was so disgusted that I had to step out into the hall. I feel sorry for people who have to go to this place. It's obviously an uncaring institutional leftover from turn of the century values. The last time my friend went, she asked to wait in the hall and the receptionist told her that would be fine. They never came out to get her, and when she finally went back in and asked why she had been waiting so long, the receptionist told that her healthcare worker said "she wasn't going into the hall to get you." (I obviously exaggerate when I say "healthcare worker" but you get my point. It sounds unbelievable, but believe me, I'm holding back. Don't go there. If you have health concerns, go some place that is concerned about your health. These people don't care, and it's glaringly obvious. Go ask your doctor to refer you to somewhere else.”
“One of the worst places to go for help they never call you back Takes months to get therapy And they also treat you terribly”
