“Every Dr. I've seen here has been extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I saw Dr. Tavares the other day and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has any health issues that need attention or a referral. She is easy to speak too and seems to be an expert in multiple areas like substance abuse and G.I pathologies. The nurses and front desk staff were all great. I know I wouldn't be able to deal with that many ungrateful people in a day so I respect what they do. I was also very pleased with my virtual session with LCSW Orlando Perez. He is extremely professional and skilled at what he does”

“I visit a general doctor. they took blood and urine samples and eveything, the doctor said he would call me when the results were ready and also, that he would send me some medication that i could pick up at the pharmacy. They never called, never sent the medication. After 3 weeks i called back to let them know what was going on, the customer service showed no concern or desire to fix the problem, they just wanted me to keep waiting. I never got the results nor the medicine. Dont waste your time.”

“The Haitian fellow that greets u is a blast. The security behind him is a waste of time bc the kid can handle that place. My PMD Dr. JUENE IS SUPERLATIVE. I had a terrible encounter with a LSW who thinks he is above u. I had appointment n he made me wait then told staff he was not available that day. I needed to see a psychiatrist who knows how to treat depression not this clown, sorry but if u act outside of professional standards you get called out-of your name. Social worker, you are actually r a barrier...you left me more depressed 😔 then when I left there. You think life is hard. Well, try being disabled waiting for a transplant and you make people wait. In my case I just went away, just like you told me, go find someone else. The Psychiatric intake is lacking severely n new construct must be put in paper and in action otherwise people will die. It's so easy to call it quits on life when the last hope in yur network turns u away.”
