My social anxiety is terrible but they've been wonderful about it! I was a transfer from another place, and the year was coming to an end, which meant a new authorization from my insurance was due. Myrna was amazing, efficient and very nice to me. She's definitely proactive and very resourceful, and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond. She made my transfer a lot easier! I don't know everyone's name quite yet, but everyone deserves to be recognized too. I would definitely recommend Nova Psychiatry to anyone.
