How likely are you to recommend Northwestern Medicine Huntley Hospital Medical Office Building 1?
What patients say on Google
“My family and I just recently welcomed a new edition, of a beautiful little girl. Due to the pandemic, our older daughter, was not allowed to enter the hospital, while my wife was having our child, and since we didn't have anyone in the area, to watch our child, I was unable to be there for my wife & 2nd child in the hospital. Both the doctors, and the nurses, we're absolutely excellent! The nurses took such incredible care of my wife and child. They are devoted, passionate, professional, and extremely compassionate. They helped my wife through very difficult times both physically and emotionally. I thank God that our child was born at Northwest Medicine in Huntley, and I would recommend anyone and everyone, to have their medical treatment done there. May God bless those folks immensely!”
“I was not impressed by the hospitality of the staff. The Doctor was extremely rude and invalidated injury. The paperwork how to treat symptoms were more helpful than her. There was no help from the front desk. I would recommend not going here. Although their facility is very nice and it is a teaching hospital, the staff is not nice or too helpful.”
“The people are so rude and nasty here. Usually we have a good experience but the last few times were awful. The la duh had a total attitude when we walked in and told us where to sit.. we been here several times and the nurse.. didn't seem to care about my symptoms and just did a strep test right away!!! Awful, awful, awful!!”
“Terrible experience with nursing staff at my 80-year-old dad’s last hospital stay. Doctors are great but many of the nurses don’t do their job and make things more difficult for the patient’s recovery. If you have a choice, choose another hospital! This is based on my dad’s third stay in less than three months”
